1. SERVICES

Prime Home Care Services provides in-home personal care, senior care, nursing support, respite care, home support, and related services to clients in the Calgary area. The specific scope, schedule, and terms of each client’s services are outlined in their individualized Care Agreement, which forms part of the contractual arrangement between the client and Prime Home Care Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Our services are available to individuals located in our service area in and around Calgary, Alberta. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into an agreement — either on your own behalf or as an authorized representative of the care recipient.

3. CARE AGREEMENTS

All clients receive a written Care Agreement that outlines the services to be provided, the schedule, the rates, payment terms, and the policies governing the care relationship. The Care Agreement must be reviewed and signed before services commence.

4. PAYMENT

Payment terms are specified in the Care Agreement. Invoices are issued on a regular billing cycle. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees as outlined in the agreement. Prime Home Care Services reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Clients wishing to cancel or modify a scheduled visit must provide notice in accordance with the terms of their Care Agreement. Cancellations with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the agreement.

6. CAREGIVER CONDUCT

All Prime Home Care Services caregivers are required to adhere to professional standards of conduct, including respect for client privacy, property, and personal boundaries. Clients are asked to treat caregivers with equal respect and dignity. Any conduct that compromises the safety or wellbeing of either party may result in the modification or termination of services.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Prime Home Care Services provides services on a best-efforts basis. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure quality and safety, we are not liable for outcomes beyond our reasonable control, including unforeseen health events or pre-existing conditions. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered in any given billing period.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
